Combating Human Trafficking in the Hospitality Industry (Texas OAG Approved)
Hospitality industry employees are ideally positioned to intervene in human trafficking situations. This includes labor and sex trafficking and may involve victims of any age, gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, immigration status, or sexual orientation. This OAG-approved course includes how human trafficking is defined under state and federal law, how to identify those individuals most at risk, how to identify labor or sex human trafficking, and guidance on how to report and respond to suspected human trafficking.
